At BerryBoat Atelier, we work hard to ensure our store conditions are fair, clear and transparent. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for below, don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can help you further.
The findings we use on our jewellery have a variety from iron gold or silver plated to S925, 14K or 18K gold. It will be listed in the description to what findings are used, so keep that in mind.
Handcrafted resin crafts are subject to imperfections due to air bubbles, flower reaction to resin and anything else you find different in your craft. It’s honestly the best part of handcrafted pieces, it’s uniquely yours!
Please be patient when waiting for your order, especially if its requests for remakes and custom orders, it can take a while, but we promise it will be worth the wait!
Do not expose your resin piece to the sunlight as it can also turn into a yellow hue. Always be careful with your piece whether it be big or small.
Our findings are also not suitable to wear on the daily, unless stated so. We do provide stainless steel findings if stock is available, but prices will vary.
No design or flower will be exactly alike but rest assured you’ll have the unique designs all for yourself!
Understand there can be differences in of colour for the pieces due to lighting, but there shouldn’t be too much of a difference.
Returns & Refunds
What you need to take note of!
First and foremost, apologies for any inconvenience caused to your product!
We accept returns or refunds but not for custom orders.
For products that arrive in perfect condition, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of minds or what not.
For inquiry for items that go through any problem during the delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via WhatsApp.
We only accept returns or refunds within the 24 hours of you receiving your product. Any request exceeding the time after you receive your item will not be entertained
We are not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen packages once the merchandise is given to the shipping vendor.
In the case your package is missing, lost, or stolen you must contact the shipping vendor and file a claim. We do not do this on your behalf and we do not reimburse for missing, lost, or stolen packages.
All You Need to Know
Allow processing time after order for 3-5 business days depending on the traffic of orders. This is to ensure your order will be in good condition and is handled with care before shipping. This is not included for custom designs.
Meetups and Grab Delivery is also available to those staying around Kota Kinabalu or Penampang area.
